Midsummer bonfire at the Asitz

The mountain ridges are set aglow: In good weather, you can watch the traditional bonfires being lit along the surrounding mountain ranges from around 10.00 pm. From the Asitz, you can enjoy an impressive panorama with numerous glowing fire sites.

Please note: The lighting of the bonfires is weather-dependent and will only take place under suitable conditions. For hikes in the evening hours, we recommend sturdy footwear and warm clothing. The "Alpenverein" and the "Leoganger Bergbahnen" kindly ask you to refrain from using fireworks out of respect for the environment and wildlife.
