Denmark, Argentina, South Korea, Germany
Amalia Dahl – saxophone
Camila Nebbia – saxophone
Elisabeth Courdoux - cello
Sun Mi Hong – drums
Four daughters, at least three of whom no longer live in their motherland and have already played in Saalfelden, form a collective breeding ground for interplay and improvisation. Saxophonists Amalie Dahl, a Dane and leader of "Dafnie" in Oslo, and Camila Nebbia, an Argentinian living in Berlin who also runs her own label with Marta Sanchez, are supported (not only) rhythmically by Sun Mi Hong, a Korean drummer living in Amsterdam, and cellist Elisabeth Coudoux from Cologne. The band's double-troubled name says it all: More power to daughters!
