Wonderful view of the Saalfelden basin, the Steinernes Meer, and the Hochkönig included – a short break at the Huggenberg Alm is worth it!
Start in the centre of Saalfelden and cycle along the bike path towards Leogang. Then it goes from Utterhofen to Lenzning. There, turn left at the church and continue towards Ecking and Otting. There, turn left again towards the federal road. After crossing the road, continue past the depot and then the mountain ascent begins along the forest road. Once at the top, you can either make a detour to the Biberg mountain inn or ride down to Huggenberg. After a short refreshment, go downhill across the road and then from the Biberg car park back to the centre.
