From 5 to 8 June 2025, Saalfelden Leogang will once again become the hotspot of the international mountain biking scene. The WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series delivers three thrilling days full of speed, skill and adrenaline – a true summit meeting of the world elite. Epic Bikepark Leogang is the only venue in the world where all three UCI MTB World Cup formats are held on a single weekend: Downhill (DHI), Enduro (EDR), and Cross-Country (XCO/XCC). The programme is as compact as it is spectacular: It kicks off on Friday (6 June) with downhill qualifications and the explosive Cross-Country Short Track (XCC). Saturday (7 June) features the much-anticipated downhill final – pure adrenaline on the legendary Speedster course, where local hero Vali Höll will be chasing her third consecutive title. The grand finale takes place on Sunday (8 June) with the technically demanding Enduro and Olympic Cross-Country races (XCO), where Austrian hopefuls like Laura Stigger and Mona Mitterwallner will return to competition in the Epic Bikepark Leogang after a year-long break.
By bike, bus & train straight into the action
Visitors travelling to the Mountain Bike World Cup in the Saalfelden Leogang region can use public transport throughout the entire federal state of Salzburg free of charge with a valid event ticket – hop on, arrive, enjoy. In addition, free shuttle buses between Saalfelden and Hochfilzen provide a relaxed and direct connection to the event site for visitors from nearby areas. Those who prefer an active arrival can park their bikes free of charge and securely in the supervised bike parking area right at the venue. The organizers are thus sending a clear message in support of eco-friendly mobility while offering fans maximum comfort and flexibility.
