n the relaxed atmosphere of the Nexus Café, we continue the theme of “Old Varieties” with an enjoyable and informative evening. Look forward to a delightful evening featuring selected ingredients from old varieties.

Short talks before, between or after the individual courses will provide fascinating insights into the origins, significance and preservation of this valuable diversity.

A film screening will round off the evening afterwards (starting at 9:00 pm).
