Forest bathing expert, TEH herbalist & mountain hiking guide Maria Leutgeb takes you out of your daily routine into a very special time-out for “shinrin yoku” at the Asitz. Guided hike with forest bathing exercises at wonderfully located spots.
Hiking time (entire trail): approx. 3.5 h / 8.2 km / 1000 m downhill.

Please wear sturdy footwear and weather-appropriate clothing. Recommended for participants aged 12 and above.

DURATION:
10:00 am to approx. 3:00 pm.
(On request, the hike can be shortened at the mid station, with return to the valley by the Steinbergbahn cable car.)

MEETING POINT: base station of the Asitz lift
(On October 30, 2025, the meeting point will be at the base station of the Steinberg lift.)
