Guided Forest bathing with Maria
Your mindful escape at the Berg der Sinne – a unique encounter with forest and nature.
From July 9 to September 10, 2026, forest bathing expert, TEH herbal specialist and certified mountain hiking guide Maria invites you every Thursday to experience the calming power of the forest at Asitz.
At a gentle pace, you leave everyday life behind, breathe deeply and reconnect with nature. Guided mindfulness exercises help you find inner balance, relaxation and renewed energy. As a special keepsake, you’ll receive a small, valuable gift from the forest to take home.
The guided hike covers approximately 8.2 km with around 850 metres of descent. Walking time is about 3.5 hours. If preferred, you can end the tour at the middle station and comfortably return to the valley via the Steinbergbahn cable car.
