Clarinets on the move: Concert of Pinzgau Clarinet Choir
This event has already taken place.The Pinzgau Clarinet Choir invites you to a special concert experience.
On the evening of the concert, the ensemble would like to take you into the wonderful world of the clarinet in an extremely varied way. Under the motto "Clarinets on the Move", the ensemble under the direction of Wolfgang Schwabl will embark on a musical journey through a wide variety of styles and countries.
The soloist will be Peter Rohrsdorfer, professor of saxophone at the Anton Bruckner Private University Linz, who will emphasise the special blend of saxophone and clarinet sounds with his solo works.
The Pinzgau Clarinet Choir performs works by Franz von Suppè, Darius Milhaud, Percy Aldridge Grainger, Theodor Burkali and others.
