Bike Ride & Bike Cinema in Saalfelden
On 17.09.2026, the motto in Saalfelden will be: Hop on your bike and let’s ride together! As part of European Mobility Week, we’re teaming up with Protect Our Winters (POW) and Südwind to invite you to a bike ride through Saalfelden, followed by a bike movie night.
Everyone is welcome—whether you’re an everyday cyclist, a mountain biker, an e-bike rider, a road cyclist, a family with kids, or a leisurely cyclist. No matter what kind of bike you ride or how fast you go: We’ll ride together.
With this roughly five-kilometer bike ride, we want to send a clear message in support of sustainable mobility, greater climate protection, safe bike paths, and a spirit of community.
After the group ride, we’ll meet at Kirchplatz for snacks and drinks. Then we’ll head to the parish hall: At the “Radlkino,” we’ll generate the electricity for the film screening ourselves—using our own muscle power on our bikes. We’ll be showing films about cycling and the climate.

5:30 p.m. – Start of the group bike ride, approx. 5 km
6:30 p.m. – Get-together at Kirchplatz with snacks and drinks
