- 10.00 a.m. - 12.00 a.m. | Registration, preliminary judging & distribution of start numbers
- 1.00 p.m. | Participants' parade
- 1.15 p.m. | Official opening
- 1.30 p.m. - 2.30 p.m. | Evaluation of moustaches
- 2.45 p.m. - 4.00 p.m. | Evaluation of Goatee & Cheekbeard
- 4.15 p.m. - 6.00 p.m. | Evaluation of full beards
- 7.30 p.m. | Award ceremony & evening entertainment
Catering is provided by Musikkapelle Leogang
Admission: Euro 10.- per person

Bus: For those arriving by public transport to MS Leogang, the "Leogang Ortsmitte" and "Leogang Sonnrain" bus stops (line 690 connection) are only a 5-minute walk away (timetable available).
