Audi FIS Ski Weltcup Finale 2024
The World Cup final will be the perfect "final test" for the World Championships!
From 16 to 24 March 2024, the finals of the Audi FIS Ski World Cup will take place on the Zwölferkogel in Saalbach Hinterglemm. The eagerly awaited season finale is also the dress rehearsal for the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships Saalbach 2025.
Before the World Championships come to Saalbach in February 2025, the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn is looking forward to welcoming the best ski racers in the world to the World Cup finals of the 2023/24 season. This is when the last sporting decisions will be made in both the women's and men's overall World Cup and in the individual discipline rankings. Traditionally, only the 25 best athletes in the respective discipline rankings and all skiers with more than 500 points in the overall rankings are eligible to compete in the season finale. In addition, the reigning junior world champions will be able to present themselves on the big stage of skiing at the finals.
This gives the athletes the opportunity to get to know the World Cup pistes on the Zwölferkogel better and to ski them at race pace for the first time. The World Cup final should also provide the organisation team with important insights into the infrastructure, mobility concept and sports logistics, as World Championships medals will once again be awarded in Salzburger Land just eleven months later.
