Experience unforgettable tobogganing fun at Asitz in Leogang. Our four-kilometre-long toboggan run offers fast descents and breathtaking views of the beautiful Leogang Valley. Ideal for families, couples and mountain lovers.

Helmets are compulsory for children under 15.
Recommendation: Adults are also advised to wear a helmet.

For safety reasons, you must use your own toboggan.
Your own sleds or other winter sports equipment cannot be transported.

Option 1: relaxed tobogganing
This option starts with a relaxed ride to the mid station of the Asitz lift. Once at the top, the toboggan is used for the first time. Overlooking the wintry valley and anticipating culinary delights, the four-kilometre toboggan run takes you down to the valley station of the Alm lift. The Alm lift then takes you back up to the mid station of the Asitz lift, which takes you back down into the valley.
Option 2: sporty tobogganing and winter hiking
For the more active, the adventure begins with a walk from the valley to the Forsthofalm, which is right next to the valley station of the Alm lift. From there, take the Alm lift to the Asitz lift mid station. Once at the top, nothing stands in the way of your downhill fun. The toboggan run takes you back to the Forsthofalm with a fantastic view. After an adventurous ride, you can either stop for refreshments at the Forsthofalm or take a leisurely walk back down to the valley.
Night-time tobogganing at Asitz
Evening tobogganing is perfect for night owls. Every Tuesday and Friday from 06.00 pm to 10.00 pm you can enjoy sledging under the stars. Night sledging starts at the base station of the Asitz lift, just like daytime sledging.
With ski passes of 2 days or more and the Saalfelden Leogang Card the night tobogganing is included. (Toboggan hire & deposit not included).

Tobogganing rules
For an unforgettable tobogganing experience, please observe the following rules:
- Helmet compulsory: Children under the age of 15 must wear a helmet. Adults are also advised to wear a helmet.
- Safety tobogganing: The toboggan run can only be used with your own safety toboggan. Toboggans brought by guests cannot be transported.
- Footwear: Good footwear is required (ski boots are not permitted).
- Winter Clothing: Please wear appropriate winter clothing.
- Hiking trails: Hiking is only permitted on the marked trails and not on the sledge run.
- Operating conditions: The toboggan run may be closed at any time if conditions are poor. Refunds for the Asitzbahn descent are not possible.
- Note for night sledgers: Winter sports equipment is not transported on the cable car at night.
