A pleasurable route with a low difficulty level suitable for all mountainbikers.
From the town hall square in Saalfelden, you first follow the Tauern Cycle Route towards Maria Alm. The route heads eastwards to Ramseiden and Oedt, where you reach the Theurerhof. Here, you leave the cycle route and cycle slightly uphill along a gravel track, passing the beautifully situated golf course. In Maria Alm, the town centre – home to the second-tallest church tower in the Salzburg region – invites you to linger. The route then continues uphill to the Berggasthof Kronreith, where, after a short but noteworthy climb, you can treat yourself to some regional delicacies. The return journey takes you via Maria Alm and leads you back to Saalfelden on the other side of the golf course.
