    The property is reserved exclusively for the guests included in the booking. Smoking inside the house, as well as parties, is not permitted. Pets up to 5 kg may be allowed upon prior request. Please treat the house, its furnishings, and equipment with care. Outdoor shoes and ski boots are not permitted inside the house. Waste must be separated in accordance with local recycling regulations. Due to the high-quality furnishings, guests are kindly asked to treat the property with respect and care.
