Leo’s Puzzle Hunt Competition
1. Organiser
The organisers of the competition are the Leoganger Bergbahnen GmbH, Hütten 39, 5771 Leogang.
2. Taking part
By entering the competition, participants are in agreement with the following terms and conditions: Participation is free of charge. For the purposes of the competition, a participant is any individual who submits a completed competition card at a Leoganger Bergbahnen lift desk or information centre during the time frame in which the competition is running. Anyone who is at least 18 years old at the time of entering the competition may take part. Younger individuals may participate, but need the agreement of a parent or guardian. Employees of the organisers or anyone involved in the conception and realisation of the competition are not permitted to enter. The competition runs from the 04.06.22 until the 16.10.22 (24:00). The organisers reserve the right to immediately disqualify any entrant who is deemed to have contravened the terms and conditions of participation.
3. Prize and winner selection procedure
A winner will be chosen by means of a random draw, and will win the following prize: 2 nights in Saalfelden Leogang for 2 adults and 2 children The description and images of prizes are for illustration only and are non-binding. The winner will be chosen within 2 working days of the end of the competition entry period. The winner is the individual who is selected by a random draw procedure and will be contacted by e-mail. If the winner does not claim their prize within 5 working days, the prize will be passed on to another participant by a re-draw procedure. The prize is non-transferable. Exchange, alteration, or a cash alternative to the prize is not available. The Leoganger Seite 2 von 2 Bergbahnen GmbH will send the winner the prize by post. Any further costs incurred as a consequence of accepting the prize are the responsibility of the participant.
4. Data security and data protection
Personal data of participants is collected and used by the organisers in agreement with data protection guidelines. Personal data includes the act of participation, and in the case of winning, the name and address in order to be able to send the prize. Any personal data collected will be used exclusively for the process of the competition and delivery of the prize. Data collected will be used solely for this competition and destroyed thereafter. Personal data of the winner will only be stored as long as is necessary to distribute the prize. Participants in this competition agree to Leoganger Bergbahnen GmbH contacting them by e-mail if they are the winner.
5. Cancellation or alterations to the competition
The organisers are entitled to cancel the competition for any important reason immediately and without any prior announcement. The competition may also be cancelled for any legal reason or force majeure.
6. Other
If any terms and conditions of participation in the competition cease to apply, all other terms remain unaffected. If any condition ceases to apply, it will be replaced by a term that closest fulfils the appropriate purpose.
