TONspur concert IV - Steve 'n' Seagulls

Playing bluegrass versions of great classic rock anthems using an astounding arsenal of acoustic instruments, the Finnish band has their audience captivated even before they play their first note. Dressed in jeans, overalls and redneck hats, the Seagulls look like the friendly relatives from the mountains who spend their lives in absolute bliss driving tractors, among other things. The progressive bluegrass band are musical ambassadors from the far north. Their energetic live show incorpoates a special Scandinavian humour, which has led to the band’s notoriety spreading far beyond their national borders. It all started with a YouTube upload of their rendition of the AC/DC classic "Thunderstruck". In a very short time, the clip achieved several million views. This number has now risen to well over 200 million, plus hundreds of live shows all over the globe. Their 2023 tour took them to Finland, Sweden, France, Spain, Mexico, and to the TONspur stage on the Asitz, where frenetic applause even as they walked onto the stage proved to be absolutely justified!
