Theater: „Obszöne Fabeln“ von Dario Fo in GERMAN LANGUAGE

With the OBSZÖNEN FABELN, Dario Fo takes up medieval minstrel poetry. In their performances, the two popular storytellers slip into the roles of their respective dialog partners in a gesturally exaggerated manner and simultaneously comment on the events as narrators. In the staged monologues, obscenity is used as a liberating weapon against claims to power. Shamelessness and poetry combine to create subversive, lustful texts.
