What began with a young singing student from Saalfelden who set out to revive the “Viennese dudler” — the 19th-century Viennese coloratura yodel that has been listed as UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage since 2011 — has become an artist who has a song for every situation in life and approaches it with wit and lightness.
With dreamlike stylistic confidence, she moves effortlessly between genres: traditional and self-written Viennese songs, dudlers, couplets, and cabaret chansons.
