Deine Auszeit am Berg der Sinne - achtsam Wandern mit Shinrin Yoku Elementen

Every Thursday in July, August and October, Maria Leutgeb - initiator of the ‘Forest Bathing on the Asitz’ project, trained hiking guide and Shinrin Yoku expert - will lead a mindfulness day on the Mountain of the Senses. The meeting point is the Steinbergbahn valley station at 10:00 am. Afterwards, guests experience a relaxed ascent with the cable car and hike down the valley to the 14 stations with many stops dedicated entirely to well-being and regeneration with and in nature.
