In the Dolomites, Alexander Huber and Simon Gietl establish a new route on the Heiligkreuzkofel in 2024: 230 metres of climbing at a difficulty of up to 9+, without bolts. Jürgen Gerstl’s APPASSIONATA follows the two climbers one year later as they complete the route free, on redpoint. The result is a poetic portrait of the rhythm of the mountains.

FAR ENOUGH follows 22-year-old Jean Rouaux from Chamonix all the way to Nepal. He covers 11,500 kilometres and 80,000 metres of elevation gain entirely on his own, travelling by bicycle. His goal: to climb Ama Dablam under his own power.
