Those who want to know where their food comes from and value conscious meat enjoyment will find our organic young beef in 5 kg and 10 kg packages to be the perfect choice. We sell this directly from the farm. The mixed packages include various cuts of meat, from goulash to steak, allowing for delicious dishes to be created. Just right for those who love to cook and have at least a little space in the freezer.

What makes the organic beef from Jagglhof special?
Controlled organic farming since 1994
Breed: Fleckvieh x Limousin
Herd size: approx. 30 mother cows with calves plus 1 bull (natural birth)
Mother cow husbandry: calves drink from their mothers
Feeding: hay or grass, no or very little use of concentrated feed (only for curling)
Cows are in summer on the Geralm, in spring/autumn on the fields near Almdorf and in winter in the loose stable young cattle are approx. 10 months old when slaughtered
Slaughtering at a small farm slaughterhouse in the immediate vicinity (approx. 2 km away)
