Andreas Kelderer is already practicing the baker's trade as a "Platzbäck" by Saalfelden in the fifth generation.
He and his entire team attach great importance to the best quality of the products in order to produce first-class bread and confectionery products and are always striving for the utmost satisfaction of the customers.
We also DO NOT use chemical preservatives for the preservation of our baked goods.
In addition to the normal range, we will spoil you with homemade biscuits, jam, muesli, as well as wreath and cake.
In the Advent season, we also offer traditional "Kletzenbrot", gingerbread and finest Christmas biscuits.
