Our house has been using biologically valuable raw materials for years. For example, only bread and cereals from controlled Austrian cultivation are processed for our bread. The basis is exclusively biological natural sourdough from our own production.
In our cafe-pastry shops you can enjoy the day. We only use the finest raw materials, such as organic milk, pure butter, cream, farmers' eggs, fresh fruit and natural flavors, which is our top priority. With care and love, we prepare every cake and, of course, also special wishes such as baptism and wedding cakes.
