Tall trail on flat terrain, very well suited for cross-country skiing beginners, but which also leads the athletically demanding cross-country skier into the Pinzgau trail network.
Start and finish of this trail are at Gasthof Wachter in Rosental, making the round 6.9 km long. There is another access point in Otting. This trail is especially suitable for beginners. However, there is also the option to join the extensive Pinzgau trail network. An easy trail located in the valley for every skill level.
There is continuous trail connection to Saalfelden, Maria Alm, Maishofen, and up to Zell am See (200 km of trails). The Pinzgau trail network is a paradise for experienced distance chasers and performance-oriented cross-country skiers. From classic cross-country skiing to skating, the network offers ideal conditions for every cross-country skier's activities.
