Sun, ski, sound and the best culinary delights on the mountain at the most relaxed sun skiing event in the Alps: since last Friday, the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn has been all about the White Pearl Mountain Days presented by Visa.

The White Pearl Mountain Days 2023 kicked off with a bang last Friday, 24 March 2023. 270 km of fantastically prepared slopes, cool sounds and a relaxed atmosphere made the first weekend the best spring shred in the Alps. 

Right from the start, the individual locations were stormed by numerous fans of the White Pearl Mountain Days. “The start of this year's White Pearl Mountain Days was absolutely brilliant and we are proud to be able to set strong accents for sporty spring skiing in the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn with this unique event. Our guests not only enjoy great skiing days, but also cool beats, top culinary delights and a great social programme," says Manuel Hirner, Managing Director of Bergbahnen Saalbach-Hinterglemm.

Sun skiing, entertainment, culinary delights and active lifestyle - this combination is the recipe for success of the White Pearl Mountain Days. In the morning, carve the pistes in the Skicircus in perfect conditions, until you eventually enjoy the brilliant spring skiing weather in the afternoon in a deck chair and fill up on vitamin D in the sun. The spring-like temperatures offer the perfect ambience for unique sun skiing moments. 

This year's White Pearl Mountain Days opened with DJ Tom Pool and the young opera singer Sophie Schwerthöffer (known from the RTL show "Das Supertalent" and various operas) at the legendary Xandl Stadl in Hinterglemm: There, the opening shot rang out for 10 days of "Alpine Lifestyle" with more than 80 international DJs and live acts, a diverse fitness programme for winter sports enthusiasts as well as culinary specialities at the highest level - and all that with free admission!

The first weekend already lots to offer 
On Saturday, the Swiss DJ legend Jamie Lewis (2017 Grammy Award nominee) and Paul Lomax with numerous live acts (vocal, electric guitar, violin) created a great atmosphere at the Reiteralm in Hinterglemm. On Sunday, DJ, producer, singer and songwriter Marten Lou thrilled the audience at “Der Schwarzacher”. Rayco Santos also performed at the Hendlfischerei in Leogang in front of an impressive mountain backdrop. The international but also national DJ line-up including the many live acts already attracted numerous visitors to the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn on the first weekend.

In order to ensure a fit start to the eventful day at the White Pearl Mountain Days, a wide variety of activities are offered every day. The energetic "Fit with Beat" sessions guarantee a good mood and combine training with music. Those who want something more intense can also start their day with a morning HIIT to really get the circulation going. Morning yoga sessions are also offered for a perfectly balanced start to the day.

The best is yet to come!
The most relaxed sunshine skiing in the Alps is by no means over yet! In the coming days, the White Pearl Mountain Days, which run until Sunday, 2 April 2023, will feature many more sporting and musical programme highlights, such as Jan Blomqvist on Thursday, 30 March, at the Maisalm in Saalbach or Avaion on Saturday, 1 April, from 4.30 pm at the Adler Resort in Hinterglemm. A must for all White Pearl Mountain Days fans is the closing with Tube & Berger feat. Frank Klassen with the electro-cello on Sunday, 2 April, from 11.30 a.m. on the Wieseralm, who will provide a proper conclusion to this year's event.
