From July 10 to September 4, 2026, ALM:KULTUR in Saalfelden Leogang invites visitors to enjoy unique art and cultural experiences every Friday from 1:00 PM onwards.

Under the motto “Tradition Meets Modernity”, the Salzburg Alpine Summer returns for another season. From July 10 to September 4, 2026, ALM:KULTUR in Saalfelden Leogang invites visitors to enjoy unique art and cultural experiences every Friday from 1:00 PM onwards. The only exception is August 21, when the region will be fully dedicated to the legendary Jazzfestival Saalfelden.

Throughout the summer, alpine huts and mountain pastures across the region become vibrant meeting places for culture enthusiasts, music lovers, and curious explorers. Concerts and workshops offer a unique opportunity to experience nature, tradition, and authentic Alpine hospitality firsthand.

Concert at Lindlalm, Leogang: “Mia Zwoa und Sie”

Date: July 10, 2026 | 1:00 PM

Authentic. Rooted in tradition. Performed with heart.

The Tyrolean trio Claudia, Walter, and Alex combines elements of Austropop, folk music, chart hits, and oldies, appealing to a wide variety of music lovers. “Mia Zwoa und Sie” stands for music that brings people together — blending tradition and modernity, local identity and musical openness.

 

Concert at Seealm, Leogang: “Terzbluat”

When two sisters sing, harmony becomes something truly special. Anna and Stephanie share a close musical partnership that is reflected in their beautifully balanced vocal sound. Their distinct voices intertwine to create a warm, harmonious atmosphere marked by intimacy and authenticity.

 

Painting Workshop with Cleo Ruisz at Steinalm, Saalfelden

This creative workshop offers participants the opportunity to capture the beauty of nature through art. Using fineliner sketches, watercolours, acrylic paints, and natural materials, attendees will learn how to create detailed landscape drawings and bring them to life with colour under expert guidance.

 

Concert at Sinnlehenalm, Leogang: “Duanix Musi”

The four musicians’ passion for music is matched only by their refreshingly relaxed approach to Bavarian tradition. Far removed from dusty clichés, the Chiemgau-based ensemble delivers authentic and entertaining performances featuring guitar, accordion, trombone, and double bass, creating a sound that is both traditional and contemporary.

 

Concert at Sinnlehenalm, Leogang: “Helagunkis”

“The Helagunkis” are rock’n’roll in traditional attire. Armed with a double bass and Styrian accordion, this energetic duo combines the sound of the 1950s with Austropop, folk music, and contemporary influences. Their songs are full of energy, humour, and heart — guaranteed to get audiences moving.

 

Concert at Steinalm, Saalfelden: “Die Fexer”

Top-quality brass music meets modern arrangements and youthful charm. For more than 20 years, “Die Fexer” have delighted audiences far beyond Bavaria’s borders. Their distinctive combination of tuba, trumpet, and flugelhorn creates a unique and instantly recognisable sound.

 

Concert by “HappyGlueBrauser” & Lantern Workshop at Örgenbauernalm, Saalfelden

Date: August 28, 2026 | 1:00 PM

Three voices, one language. “HappyGlueBrauser” brings together three singer-songwriters from the Pinzgau region whose powerful dialect songs have enriched the local music scene for years. Fans of thoughtful and heartfelt Austropop will feel right at home.

Accompanied by the band’s live music, Christine Kilian will demonstrate how to transform simple glass jars, dried flowers, and natural materials into beautiful handmade lanterns, crafted with creativity and attention to detail.

 

Concert at Peter-Wiechenthaler Hut, Saalfelden: “Kaŝita Kanto”

Date: September 4, 2026 | 1:00 PM

“Kaŝita Kanto” is a German-language singer-songwriter duo whose unique blend of poetic storytelling and atmospheric world folk music sets them apart from the mainstream. This year, they are releasing their third album, Zwischen den Welten (“Between Worlds”), and will present its songs to audiences for the first time as part of their accompanying tour.

All events are free of charge and do not require prior registration. However, visitors are welcome to reserve tables directly with the participating alpine huts.

In the event of bad weather, events may be cancelled no later than the day before. Any cancellations will be announced in advance via the official website and social media channels.
