11 years of the Regionality Fair Saalfelden
Under the motto “Putting regional products in the spotlight,” the Regionality Fair Saalfelden will take place on 3 May 2026 for the 11th time in Saalfelden Leogang. The event is organised by Saalfelden Leogang Touristik and Congress Saalfelden and aims to strengthen the connection between local producers, guests, and residents.
The Regionality Fair Saalfelden not only showcases the diversity and quality of local products, but also raises awareness of regional value creation and sustainability. The goal is to bring producers, locals, and visitors together and make the stories behind the products tangible and experienceable.
An experience day for the whole family
In addition to many long-standing and valued exhibitors, a varied supporting programme ensures great entertainment. The “Pinzga Kas Mobil” serves fresh raclette bread, while “anNÄHliese” produces handmade baby and children’s clothing. The Salzburg seminar farmers invite visitors to an exciting live baking show, Rupert Riedlsperger presents his Tiffany glass artworks – all accompanied by live music from “D’Zrupftn.”
In line with sustainability principles, the Regionality Fair Saalfelden is organised as a GREEN EVENT SALZBURG. This means the event is designed to be particularly environmentally friendly – from regional food and beverages to waste reduction measures.

• All day: Event restaurant featuring “Austrian tapas” and “ois hausgmocht,” plus coffee & cake from Lebenshilfe Saalfelden
• All day: Live baking show with the Salzburg seminar farmers

• All day: Vehicle exhibition by the 1st Pinzgau Oldtimer Club in front of the Congress centre
