KIDS ON SKI
Watch out, families! We are bringing the youngsters onto skis - for free!
This is our invitation to the youngest winter sports enthusiasts to make their first turns in the fresh snow of Saalfelden Leogang. KIDS ON SKI offers children between the ages of 3 and 5 the opportunity to learn how to ski and to experience pure winter fun on the slopes together with peers.
In the coming winter, around 300 children in Saalfelden Leogang will be able to take part in ski courses free of charge, stay overnight in the partner hotels and be provided with ski tickets and equipment (in selected weeks only).
BENEFITS
The KIDS ON SKI package includes:

THE PROJECT
Fifteen ski regions from Austria, Switzerland, Italy and Germany will be participating in this extended pilot phase in the coming winter of 2025/26. The programme is growing year on year, as is the selection of fantastic ski regions in the Alpine region.
"Finding the skiers of tomorrow and winning them over for skiing" is the motto of the pilot project "KIDS ON SKI". The aim of this initiative is to get absolute ski beginners between the ages of 3 and 5 (children who are not of school age) excited about skiing.
This lucrative offer and learning programme not only provides an opportunity to learn the basics of skiing, but also allows children to experience pure winter fun together with other children in an enchanting natural landscape and the purest mountain air. The all-inclusive package contains everything needed for a successful start to skiing.
5 half-day ski lessons led by experienced ski instructors, rental equipment, lift tickets for the entire duration of the course, and accommodation for the child (in the accommodation of the accompanying persons).
KIDS ON SKI is free of charge and is made possible by ski schools, ski rental companies and sponsor partners.
