Sustainability is at the centre of this tasty weekend at Hendl Fischerei. After all, it is mainly farmers who provide meadows and mountain pastures for ski tourism, where the cattle graze in summer. The aim of "Snow & Beef" is to introduce guests to the highest AMA seal of quality products and typical local dishes.

At the winter barbecue, juicy steaks from quality beef are served on the grill, the quality of which you can see for yourself in the form of fresh samples. Double barbecue world champion Adi Matzek, a true professional, will be on hand to provide information, tips and tricks on selecting the best cuts of beef and the perfect barbecue technique.
