No classic menu – a shared experience. Dishes arrive in three waves at the center of the table: for sharing, tasting, and discovering. What comes to the table is different each time – we cook with what the garden, our organic farm Embachhof, and the season currently provide, and utilize what is left over. This way, every evening remains a little surprise. Three waves, a full table, and plenty of time to enjoy.
