At the Bäckerwirt in Leogang, products for the kitchen come from the own agriculture. Beef, lamb, and foals are processed in-house in the butcher shop and offered as specialities in the tavern. The bread is also baked on-site. Agriculture, processing, and kitchen are thus closely interconnected.
