Saalfelden Leogang again easily after flood accessible
Dear Tour operators, Guests and Friends of our region!
Finally the summer is in town! We have been pleased with temperatures higher than 30 degrees in Salzburg’s Pinzgau since the beginning of this week. You can now enjoy the huge variety of our outdoor activities to the fullest - the refreshing water of our public swimming pools and lakes, the 400km long hiking paths or the extraordinary energy at Bike Park Leogang.
The latter hosts the legendary “Out of Bounds Festival” this weekend (20th-23rd of June).
The clean-up operations following the flood in our region were finished two weeks ago. Thus, we can guarantee an unproblematic and smooth journey to Saalfelden Leogang.
However, there are some roadworks and roadblocks that might cause delays. Therefore, you should pay attention to the following roadworks before you travel to Saalfelden Leogang:
- B164: Between Mühlbach am Hochkönig and Pass Dientner Sattel: Delay because of clean-up operations until 8th July 2013.
- B311: Between Bischofshofen and Zell am See – only one lane is alternately opened for both traffic directions.
