Felix-Gottwald-Schisprungstadion Uttenhofen [ski jump stadium]
The ski jump in the district of Uttenhofen
In 1988, the ski jump in the district Uttenhofen was first developed and became the venue for the Nordic Junior World Championships. Modernisation of the facility was begun in 2002 and in 2004 it was brought up to state of the art condition.
Saalfelden now offers four different jumps
K 15 for children - K 30 for the "smaller" teenagers - K 60 and K 85 for the "larger" teenagers
The K 15, K 30 and K 60 are jumpable with mats in the summer. Jumps on the K 85 are only possible in winter. A gondola cable car serves as a climbing aid. The central facility buildings with integrated jump lessons tower has changing facilities, toilets, a waxing workshop, workshop for the jumpkeeper and a large multipurpose room. On the roof there is a spacious terrace that offers spectators a wonderful view of the facility.
